Luljetta's Garden Suites

I highly recommended Luljetta's Garden Suite. My mom celebrated her 72nd birthday here. We just throw her a surprise birthday getaway here. It exceeded her expectations. My family especially my children loved our suite. The staffs are very accomodating and very friendly in welcoming us. All the staffs were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was very spacious and with complete amenities which provides a very inviting vibes.

Do yourself a favor: skip staying here and do the day tour to the hanging gardens & spa. Checked in at 6pm. It wasn’t clearly explained to us the check in procedure/deposit or what amenities were available to us. (farm resort? Greek hotel? Garden? Too much going on. Very confusing) We sat on the couch and waited to be taken to our room for 20 minutes. So long that the receptionist finally took us. The only dining option at this time (7pm on a Wednesday) was the greek restaurant. We found hair in our food-very gross. (We also found 600 pesos for a small pita very expensive) In our room was no hand soap or towels. Also no luggage stand so changing was uncomfortable. The walls between room 613/614 were paper thin. So though we were trying to celebrate our wedding anniversary we could hear children screaming next door. Also I would recommend getting night shades. As the windows let in all light. We didn’t get good sleep. The full body massage was thankfully the saving grace of the trip. However my therapist had to step away to cough every few minutes. Which made me a bit uncomfortable. Also wish the set meal with the anniversary package was more transparent. My husband ordered a coke with our preset meal and didn’t know it was a la cart. Just felt like we were nickled and dimed for already paying 10,000 pesos for the anniversary package. Also we asked for 2 pieces of chocolate cake instead 1 velvet and 1 chocolate. The server said no because it was preset. It just seems like something very small for overall customer satisfaction. Overall we enjoyed the gardens and massage. The service just wasn’t delivered with it. I have sent these comments via their survey to the resort a few days ago to hopefully address these issues and they have not responded to me yet.

My nature getaway when in Manila. I just love how this place surrounds me with a sense of tranquility. The lush greens just welcome me to sit, relax and soak in the nature. The body massage is totally relaxing which I always avail of. I tried the foot spa once and my feet couldn’t thank the therapist enough! Sunset is a marvel to view especially from the Mykonos Suites balcony. Our tummies are happy with the breakfast and free flowing coffee, too. They also have events to make guests’ stay even more memorable. My family and I had lotsa fun solving the mystery during one of our stays in LGS. Another plus is they’re pet friendly🐶 Truly an amazing place!
